The objective of this article is to present a bibliometric analysis by exclusively using the Web of Science database to determine the research areas with the greatest concentrations on the correlation analysis of two basic concepts for global economic progress: "start-up" and "business performance". The analysis has clearly and unequivocally shown that this interconnection of elements is on the upward trend in the interest of researchers over the last 10 years, with an accelerated course over the last 4 years. The main areas of development are the European Union, the United States of America and the United Kingdom, English being the main publication language for these works. However, the heterogeneity of studies and research is noted, which makes it necessary to develop cumulative studies and innovative references within a conceptual reference framework. In terms of research limitations, these may be derived from the fact that the analysis has included a single international database from which the reference works on the correlation between "start-up" and "business performance" may be lacking....

This paper discusses the effects of the growth of intangible capital value on firms after a thorough synthesis of over 20 sources. It begins by noting how the increased importance and prevalence of intangible assets and intellectual property, such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights, in the world economy over the past few decades has influenced various business activities and corporate decisions. These impacts range from changes in the competitive landscape within sectors to how firms borrow and choose targets for acquisition. From these impacts, it is hypothesized that the burgeoning growth of intangible capital will affect firms’ ability to borrow, how and why they decide to merge or produce new products, and international trade deals. With these changes, it is imperative that there will be further policies enacted to cover intangible capital and intellectual property usage during international trade agreements due to their heightened importance, changes within anticompetitive and antitrust legislation that take intangible capital into greater account, and a furthering of new legislation that pushes back against anticompetitive intellectual property rights and patent trolls. Lastly, this paper concludes by highlighting the disparate influence of intangible capital on two unique industries: fashion and technology, along with suggestions on how to better protect intangible assets in the future....
The extent to which customer relationship management helps to retain customers in telecommunications companies is investigated in this study. Logistic regression was used to evaluate questionnaires from 120 respondents. According to the findings, respondents were dissatisfied with after-sale services (76.6%), support staff knowledge (80%), interaction facilities (78.3%), and customer information (76.6%). Predictor variable models account for approximately 90% of the variability, with a proportion of valid variables ranging from 77.3% to 88.3%. While age and income were statistically significant for staff knowledge (0.003) and customer information (0.004), the logistic regression coefficient for after-sale service shows that age and education have negative effects of −0.38 and −0.37, respectively. Income and time have a detrimental impact on the model for staff knowledge. Besides, the chi-square result was significant for all tested CRM variables except for the facility used for customer interaction, which was insignificant (p = 0.54). Thus, telecommunication companies must emphasize customer relationship management and allocate a fair budget to support good customer service, facility quality, as well as timely and sufficient product information....
Objective: To explore the roles of College Students’ Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan Program (SIETP) on improving scientific research ability and clarifying career planning of medical students. Methods: Questionnaire survey was used to investigate 200 undergraduates in different majors of Health Science Center of Yangtze University. The questionnaire consists of three parts: the status of respondents participating in scientific research, the distribution of students participating in scientific research activities in different majors and grades, the effects of SIETP on medical students’ scientific research ability and career planning. Results: The survey showed that 87% of students were willing to participate in scientific research. 65% of students didn’t familiar with scientific research. Of the 200 students, only 44 (22%) had participated in scientific research projects, among which clinical medicine students account for the largest proportion, 61.4%. The proportion of senior students participating in scientific research activities was higher than that of junior students, and the proportion of male students was higher than female students. SIETP could significantly improve scientific research awareness, literature consulting ability, project design ability, data analysis and processing ability of students (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The medical students in our university had insufficient understanding and low participation in scientific research. SIETP could help students improve their scientific research literacy, it has a good guiding role for medical students’ future career planning....
